01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders.

Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. References to "writing" include electronic communications transmitted through the Platform's official support channels.

02 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the be7777 Platform for any purpose — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2.1 Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not subject to any court order, self-exclusion arrangement, or regulatory prohibition that restricts your ability to participate in gambling or betting activities;
• You understand that gambling involves risk of financial loss and you accept that risk freely and voluntarily;
• The funds you deposit with be7777 are your own legally acquired funds and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

2.2 Amendments to These Terms

be7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

2.3 Language of Agreement

These Terms are drafted and published in English. English is the authoritative language of this agreement. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. be7777 may publish informational translations of these Terms as a convenience to Users, but such translations carry no contractual weight.

03 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full range of be7777 Services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must hold a valid registered Account. Accounts are created through the registration process available on the Platform.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with be7777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older;
• You are registering and using the Account in your own legal name and for your own personal use;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online betting or casino services is unlawful;
• You have not previously had an Account closed by be7777 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a be7777 employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. be7777 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect account information provided by the User, including failed payment transactions resulting from mismatched personal details.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) active Account on the be7777 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, be7777 will:

• Close all duplicate Accounts immediately, retaining only the oldest Account or the Account with the strongest verification status at be7777's discretion;
• Void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds across the duplicate Accounts;
• Withhold withdrawal requests pending a full review of Account activity across all identified duplicates.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. be7777 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as activity carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify be7777's support team immediately. be7777 will investigate promptly, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification of a breach.

3.5 Account Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting be7777's support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds remaining in a closing Account that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose before the closure date.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the be7777 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). be7777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day, displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed automatically and credit to your Account within thirty (30) seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Deposits via Rocket and Upay are processed automatically and credit to your Account within two (2) minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to standard card processing times and may take up to fifteen (15) minutes to appear in your Account balance.
• be7777 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which be7777 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must be your own legally acquired money. be7777 does not accept deposits made on your behalf by third parties.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard are subject to standard card processing timelines, which may extend up to three (3) business days depending on your card issuer.
• be7777 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy supports anti-money laundering compliance.
• be7777 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if fraud, money laundering, or account integrity concerns are identified, pending investigation.

4.3 Inactive Account Policy

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. be7777 will contact the registered email address before any action is taken on an inactive Account. If no response is received within thirty (30) days of notification, be7777 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) against the Account until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Reactivation requires a new login and successful completion of any identity verification requested by be7777.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the be7777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, sport, or game type in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for the relevant product only.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

• A bet is only accepted and binding once you have received a confirmation reference number from the Platform. Bets placed during a technical fault, network interruption, or system outage will be void unless independently confirmed by be7777's systems.
• be7777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at any time and without explanation, including bets from accounts identified as professional or sharp bettors.
• Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, and the BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League matches. In the event of a result dispute, be7777 will await official confirmation before settling affected markets.
• Bets on postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All casino games and slot titles on the be7777 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided and audited by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Play'n GO, and others).
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are not adjusted by be7777. RTP values are published by each provider and available on request.

5.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

Where be7777 identifies a clear and obvious error — including a grossly mispriced market, an incorrect event pairing, a game configuration error, or a system-generated bet that no reasonable operator would have offered — be7777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Users, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. be7777 will notify affected Users where practicable.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

be7777 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Account holders only. be7777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is limited to one claim per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be stated clearly in the offer-specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window stated in the offer terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the stated expiry will be removed from the Account automatically.
• be7777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice to affected Users where reasonably practicable. If a promotion is cancelled after Bonus Funds have been claimed but before the wagering requirement is met, the Bonus Funds and any winnings from them will be voided.

6.2 Abuse of Promotions

be7777 monitors bonus usage patterns continuously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a first-deposit offer multiple times, systematically placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games, and coordinating with other Users to exploit a promotional structure — will result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings;
• Suspension or permanent closure of all implicated Accounts;
• Recovery of any withdrawal already made that was funded by bonus abuse proceeds, where legally enforceable.

07 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the be7777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate action, up to and including permanent Account closure and legal proceedings where applicable.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Underage access: Accessing or using the Platform while under the age of 18, or permitting, facilitating, or encouraging any person under 18 to access the Platform;
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or registering an Account on behalf of someone else;
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform's systems;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit live casino dealer behaviour, or share information in real-time during multi-player games;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider while retaining funds or winnings derived from the reversed deposit;
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction to generate artificial winnings;
• Malicious conduct: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform in any way.

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure by be7777

be7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time if it has reason to believe — on reasonable grounds — that the Account holder has engaged in any prohibited activity, provided false information, violated these Terms, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Users. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, be7777 may be required by applicable law to retain Account funds pending the resolution of an investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities. be7777 will notify the Account holder of a suspension or closure where it is legally permitted to do so.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be7777's total liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User into their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

be7777 shall not be liable under any circumstances for: loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of business, indirect loss, special loss, or any consequential loss of any kind, even if be7777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. This exclusion applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.2 Service Availability

be7777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, be7777 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, payment provider outages, and other factors outside be7777's control may result in temporary unavailability. be7777 accepts no liability for losses suffered by Users as a result of Platform unavailability, delayed bet placement, failed transactions, or data loss arising from such events.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games offered on the be7777 Platform are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO. be7777 acts as a distribution platform for these games and does not control their underlying software, RNG configuration, or RTP settings. be7777 accepts no liability for game malfunctions, outcome disputes, or software errors that originate within a third-party game provider's infrastructure, beyond the obligation to return a voided bet stake to the User's Account where a malfunction is confirmed.

8.4 Responsible Gaming Limitation

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through be7777's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. be7777's internal complaints process requires that all complaints be submitted in writing to be7777's support team in the first instance, with a response guaranteed within five (5) business days.
